荧光壳聚糖纤维的制备及性能探讨

Abstract
Acetic acid is used as solvent,chitosan as raw material,strontium aluminate doped europium and dysprosium(SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+)as fluorescent molecules,NaOH/anhydrous ethanol mixed solution as coagu-lation bath,fluorescent chitosan fibers are prepared by wet spinning.The effects of chitosan concentration,SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+content and coagulation bath ratio spinning parameter changes on the surface morphology,mechanical properties,fluorescence and environmental stability of fluorescent chitosan fibers are studied.The re-sults show that under the condition of 28mm/s drafting speed,1.2 times drafting ratio in room temperature,the controlled concentration of chitosan at 3.5 wt%,the content of SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+at 3%,the volume ratio(35wt%NaOH solution:anhydrous alcohol)of the coagulation bath at5:5,the prepared fluorescent chitosan fi-ber has excellent mechanical properties,high fluorescence intensity and good environmental stability.关键词
