Research Progress of Chitosan Modification and Its Application
摘要
Abstract
Chitosan has great advantages and is a decoratable natural bio-polymer.It is widely used in func-tional materials because of its rich functional groups.This paper briefly summarizes the latest progress of chitosan and its modified materials,emphasizes its physical,chemical,biological and other modification methods and the obtained functional materials.The modified functional materials show excellent application performance in various fields such as water treatment,food processing,pharmaceutical/biomedical,textile and agriculture.Finally,brief summary and prospect are made,and the modification research and application still have more development prospect.关键词
