摘要

Abstract

Cellulose is a natural polymer with diverse sources and wide distribution.As a renewable and bio-degradable raw material,it is widely used in industry and daily life,which successfully provides an effective solu-tion to the problem of resource shortage and environmental pollution.This paper introduces the types and struc-tures of cellulose,and the latest progress in modification of cellulose functional structure by various ways such as oxidation,esterification,etherification and grafting.Finally,the application achievements of modified cellulose materials in food,packaging,environmental protection,medical treatment,textile and other fields in recent years are summarized.
