人民至上视域下的乡村社会治理数智化:阻滞、驱动及推进
Digital Intelligence of Rural Social Governance from the Perspective of People First:Obstacles,Motivation and Promotion
摘要
Abstract
"People First"is the fundamental principle that CPC follows in the governance of China and serving the people,and the guiding value for all aspects of social progress in the new era.The promotion of digital and intelligent rural social governance is not only a people-centered governance behavior,but also an adaptive development and innovation of rural social governance.In addition,it is a new governance practice that enhances the effectiveness of rural governance,builds a digital and beautiful rural community,and satisfies the aspirations of rural residents for a better life.At present,there are still obstacles in the promotion of digital intelligence in rural social governance,such as weak digital infrastructure,lack of digital literacy among subjects,and digital formalism.Driven by the value of"People First",this papaer reviews the intelligent process of rural social governance,and put forwards specific strategies and suggestions for promoting such process in terms of infrastructure construction,improvement of digital literacy,and optimization of governance philosophy.关键词
