基于马克思劳动观视域的青年"摸鱼"劳动消解路径解析
An Analysis of Young People's"Indolent"Labor Based on the Perspective of Marxist Labor Views
摘要
Abstract
Recent years have seen a wave of young people's"indolent"labor.In essence,it is characteristic of a behavior of"performing to make a living",an identity of"working for the boss",a value of"living for themselves",and a struggle of"silent cries for rights and interests".The young people's"indolent"labor arises from the facts that limitations of productivity restrict labor liberty,the subculture trend of thought masks the labor value,the behavior alienation suppresses labor happiness,and the imbalance between labor and capital blocks labor appeals.Based on Marxist labor views,to correctly guide"young people's indolent"labor,it is necessary to explore its social causes,regain labor value,dispel behavioral alienation,solve appeal dilemmas,and recover essence of labor.关键词
