Relationship between sarcopenia and fall risk in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
目的 调查老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者肌肉减少症(简称"肌少症")发病情况,分析影响跌倒风险的影响因素及合并肌功能降低与跌倒风险的关系.方法 以该院2020年1月至2022年12月512例年龄≥60岁的T2DM患者为研究对象,采用CAMRY-EH101握力器测试握力(HS),秒表、皮尺测试行走速度(GS),生物电阻抗分析测定肌肉含量并计算骨骼肌质量指数(SMI);采用2019年亚洲老年肌少症管理机构(AWGS2019)标准对肌少症进行分组,摩尔…查看全部>>
