Research advances in endoplasmic reticulum stress in methamphetamine use disorder
摘要
Abstract
Methamphetamine use disorder is an ongoing global public health problem with complex mechanisms involving multiple neural circuits and neurotransmitters in the brain,and there are currently no effective drugs and methods to treat it.This article reviews the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in meth-amphetamine use disorder and discusses the treatment strategies that can be used to mitigate the methamphet-amine-induced neurotoxic damage,which will contribute to the exploration of methamphetamine use disorder mechanisms and the development of new target drugs.关键词
