Abstract
With the gradual formation and development of new power systems with new energy as the main body,the power grid is faced with the risk of insufficient regulation capacity,and the load-side resources can provide flexibility for the power system in multi-ple time scales.Firstly,it introduces the definition and characterization of power system flexibility,and then it discusses the flexible supply and demand balance of transmission and distribution networks in different time scales under the background of new power sys-tems.Three kinds of load-side resources with development potential,namely temperature control load,electric vehicles and load-side electric and hydrogen energy hubs are taken as research objects.It analyzes the flexibility value and feasibility of the demand side to support the flexibility requirements of the new power system.关键词
