摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of large torque and flux pulsation and speed overshoot in traditional direct torque control(DTC)of permanent magnet synchronous motors,this paper proposes a direct torque control strategy based on ac-tive disturbance rejection controller.For the flux loop,torque loop and speed loop in the traditional PI control strategy,the non-linear demand of the control system cannot be met.The non-linear active disturbance rejection controller in the proposed control strategy meets the non-linear requirement of the system and the dynamic response capability of the control system is improved.In this strategy,an active disturbance rejection controller is used to replace the traditional PI control structure,and an active disturbance rejection controller for flux,torque and speed is designed.By building a semi-physi-cal simulation platform,experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.The experi-mental results show that compared with the traditional direct torque control,the control strategy proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the fluctuation of torque and flux,reduce the speed overshoot,and improve the dynamic performance of the system.
