空间数据融合下省域规划"一张图"系统建设与应用研究
Research on Construction and Applications of Provincial Planning "One Map" System Based on Spatial Data Fusion
摘要
Abstract
In order to avoid the spatial conflicts of planning,improve the linkage between planning and management,and strengthen the cou-pling connection among spatial data,we focused on the planning"One Map"system within provincial space.Taking into account the rigidity of management as well as the feasibility of implementation,we explored some applications based on system functions.Firstly,it aims to create a dig-ital platform based on spatial data resources and connect the whole process of planning.Secondly,it establishes a transmission mechanism for various planning in the whole provincial region,and builds the connection through natural resource business at all levels.Thirdly,it creates a hier-archical framework of planning implementation supervision,which is composed of static management map,dynamic implementation map and re-al-time monitoring map.关键词
