Optimization and Thinking on Quality System of Urban Survey Unit
摘要
Abstract
Unlike other types of survey projects,most urban survey and geographical information projects are small in volume,low in price and large in quantity,the project management unit usually does not organize project acceptance.To ensure the product quality excellent rate,based on the development status and the work content of urban survey units,we discussed the importance of quality system optimization.Aiming at the problems faced by the quality system of urban survey units,taking the urban institute of survey and investigation for example,we proposed the production organization form of engineering project team and the quality inspection mode of three-level inspection system,and discussed the workflow,inspection content and time node arrangement of three-level inspection system in detail,hoping to play a positive role in the quality system construction of other urban survey units and the high-quality development of urban survey cause.关键词
