Establishment and Application of Indirect Immunofluorescence Assay for Detecting Egg-drop Syndrome Virus
为建立检测鸡产蛋下降综合征病毒(EDSV)的间接免疫荧光方法,并对该检测方法的各个步骤进行优化,以鸡产蛋下降综合征病毒多抗血清和FITC标记的兔抗鸡IgG为组合,对一抗和二抗的最适工作浓度和孵育时间进行了优化,对IFA方法进行了敏感性、特异性和重复性试验.结果表明,检测接种EDSV的96孔细胞培养板时,多抗血清的最适工作浓度为1∶320,孵育时间为45 min;FITC标记的兔抗鸡IgG的最适工作浓度为1∶200,孵育时间为30 min;病毒敏感…查看全部>>
