摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the effects of subchronic poisoning of fumonisin B1(FB1)in mice on blood bio-chemical indicators and histopathology,40 male Kunming mice were selected for the experiment,and a sub-chronic poisoning model of FB1 was established by adding feed.The control group(standard basic feed,C group)and fumonisin group(5 mg/kg FB1 mixed basic feed,FB1 group)were continuously fed for 42 d.Daily weighing,the organs of mice were weighed in the 21 d and 42 d of the experiment to calculate the or-gan ratio;blood biochemical indicators were measured;HE staining was used to observe the histopatho-logical lesions of liver and other 12 organs.The results showed that,compared with C group,in 21 d and 42 d,the coefficients of organs such as the liver in group FB1 decreased significantly;the content of serum ALT in group FB1 increased significantly,and the content of UA decreased significantly;blood routine in-dicators were significantly abnormal;histopathological results showed that there was certain pathological damage to liver and other 12 organs in FB1 group.It is suggested that 5 mg/kg FB1 infection can affect the blood biochemical indicators of mice and cause certain damage to various tissues and organs of mice.
