加味强壮散对白羽肉鸡血清抗氧化及免疫功能的影响
Effect of Jiawei Qiangqiang Powder on Serum Antioxidation and Immune Function of White Feather Broilers

Abstract
To study the effects of Jiawei Qiangzhuang powder on antioxidant function,immunoglobulin and morphological structure of viscera in white-feathered broilers,providing an experimental basis for Jiawei Qiangzhuang powder to be used in the healthy breeding of white feather broilers,eighty-eight healthy 1-day-old white feather broilers of similar weight(half male and half female)were randomly divided into four groups,including one control group(Group C)(fed with basic diet)and three experimental groups(added with 0.2%,0.4%and 0.8%J iawei Qiangzhuang powder in basic diet respectively),low dose group(Group L),medium dose group(Group M)and high dose group(Group H)respectively,and were feed continuously for 42 days.Compared with Group C,Group H significantly improved total antioxidant capaci-ty(T-AOC)and the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum(P<0.05),and significantly increased the contents of IgA and IgM in the serum(P<0.05).Viscera histomorphology observation found Jiawei Qiangzhuang powder could promote the development of immune organs.Adding different proportions of Jiawei Qiang-zhuang powder to the diet could improve antioxidant function of white feather broilers,and increase the contents of immunoglobulins,promote the development of immune organs,with 0.8%being the best addi-tion.关键词
