海南省文昌鸡传染性贫血的血清学调查
Serological Investigation of Chicken Infectious Anemia in Wenchang Chickens in Hainan Province

Abstract
In order to understand the prevalence of infectious anemia(CIAV)in Wenchang chickens,1709 serum samples were collected from 14 Wenchang chicken farms that were not immunized with CIA vaccine in Haikou,Wenchang,Qionghai and Danzhou,and ELISA was used to detect CIAV antibody.The results showed that 564 of the 1 709 serum samples were positive,and the total positive rate of CIAV antibody in Wenchang chickens was 33％.There were CIAV infections in Wenchang chicken farms in four areas,and the positive rate of CIAV antibody in Wenchang chickens of Danzhou was the highest,reaching 55.63％.The CIAV infection degree of adult Wenchang chickens was higher than that of other growth stage chick-ens,and the antibody positive rate reached 53.63％.CIAV occurred in all seasons of the year,especially in winter,with a positive rate of 48.06％.The CIAV infection rates of Wenchang chicken farms at different scale were different.The CIAV infection degree in middle and small size Wenchang chicken farms was high-er,and the antibody positive rate was 41.48％and 40.10％,respectively.The positive rate of CIAV antibody of commercial laying hens was the highest among different types of Wenchang hens,reaching 62.62％.The results showed that CIAV was common in Wenchang chicken breeding area of Hainan province,and the in-cidence was high in winter and adult Wenchang chickens,and commercial laying hens were the most seri-ously infected.Therefore,the prevention and control of infectious anemia of Wenchang chickens should be strengthened.关键词
