Geochronology,geochemical characteristics of the orthoclase granite in Chaihuogou,Chifeng,Inner Mongolia and the geological significance
摘要
Abstract
Petrographic observation,chronology and geochemical tests were carried out on Chaihuogou orthoclase granite in Chifeng area,Inner Mongolia.The zircon U-Pb age is 168.49 Ma±0.78 Ma,corre-sponding to Middle Jurassic epoch.The major elements is characterized by enrichment of Si,K,Na,and depletion of Mg,Ca with A/CNK values in range 0.94～1.06;the trace elements Eu,Ba,and P negative anomaly with high DI value indicating that the granite is a highly differentiated I-type granite.It is be-lieved that the Chaihuogou syenite granite was formed in the continental collision environment during the closing process of the Mongol-Okhotsk suture zone according the petro-geochemical and regional geolog-ical characteristics.关键词
