基于全过程管理的静脉用药调配中心智慧型管理平台的构建与应用
Construction and Application of Intelligent Management Platform for Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service Based on Whole Process Management

Abstract
Objective:To establish a seamlessly integrated and intelligent management platform with monitoring and management capabilities for the hospital information system(HIS)and the pharmacy intravenous admixtures service(PIVAS)system,as as to achieve full digitization and efficiency in the daily management of PIVAS.Methods:The structure and function of independently developed intelligent management platform in our hospital were explored.The average configuration speed,drug breakage rate,error rate and other factors before and after application were compared to evaluate the application effect.Results:After application,the average configuration speed of PIVAS increased from(1.06±0.09)bags/minute to(1.46±0.10)bags/minute(P＜0.05).The total drug breakage rate after application of three months decreased from 0.04％to 0.02％,with a significant reduction in breakage caused by human factors(P＜0.01).The error rate of PIVAS decreased from 0.03％to 0.01％after application,indicating a significant reduction(P＜0.01).Patient satisfaction increased from 86.50％to 93.50％(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The management platform assists administrators in using modern information technology to achieve full digitization and intelligent monitoring of daily management,including drugs,personnel,workload,errors,and reports win PIVAS,which improves management efficiency and enhances the precision and scientific management level of PIVAS.关键词
