Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of fluorescence cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Clinical data of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy guided by indocyanine green from Jan.2019 to Oct.2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to intraoperative inflammation and BMI,patients were divided into four groups:A group with light inflammation and BMI≤24 kg/m2,B group with heavy inflammation and BMI≤24 kg/m2,C group with light inflammation and BMI>24 kg/m2 and D group with heavy inflammation and BMI>24 kg/m2.Results:All patients were successfully operated,and there was no significant difference in the visual rate before and after extrahepatic bile duct anatomy in group A(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the visual rate before and after the dissection of the common bile duct in group B(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the visual rate before and after the dissection of the cystic duct and the common hepatic duct in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the visual rate before and after anatomy of common bile duct and cystic duct in group C(P>0.05),while there was significant difference in the visual rate before and after anatomy of common hepatic duct(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the visual rate before and after the dissection of the common bile duct in group D(P>0.05),while there was significant difference in the visual rate before and after the dissection of common hepatic duct and cystic duct(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fluorescent cholangiography is helpful for surgeons in learning curve.For patients with high inflammation and BMI>24 kg/m2,the advantages are significantly greater than those with low inflammation and BMI≤24 kg/m2.This procedure could provide guidance for the surgeon to identify the safe anatomical level during surgery.关键词
