Abstract
In order to further study the relationship between urban flood control and waterlogging capacity and economic and social development,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for urban flood control and waterlogging capacity and economic and social development.A coupled coordination model is introduced to analyze the changes in flood control and waterlogging capacity and economic and social development of Guangzhou from 2012 to 2021.The results are as follows:①in the past 10 years,Guangzhou's urban flood control and waterlogging capacity and economic and social development have made steady improvements,The improvement of flood control and waterlogging control capacity is particularly significant;② The overall coordinated and stable development of Guangzhou's flood control and waterlogging system and economic and social system;③ The overall coordination between Guangzhou's flood control and waterlogging capabilities and economic and social development has shown an upward trend.Over the past decade,the coordination between the two has undergone a transition from mild imbalance to high-quality coordination,achieving high-quality coordination after 2021.关键词
