Abstract

Taking the subsequent optimization project of Hanjiang Rongjiang Lianjiang water system connectivity as an example,Analyze the key and difficult points in the construction of ultra deep underground continuous walls in rich water and deep soft soil layers,and introduce key construction technologies:①Adopting a combination of grab milling and grooving process to adapt to geological characteristics and improve grooving efficiency;②Application of New Composite Nanobentonite Wall Protection Slurry to Improve the Stability of Tank Walls;③Dynamic control of slot hole verticality through slot positioning preprocessing and ultrasonic grooving detection;④Application of self-locking straight thread sleeve connection technology to improve the efficiency of segmented lifting and cage connection of steel reinforcement cage;⑤The groove joint adopts milling and high-pressure jet flushing technology to ensure the anti-seepage effect;⑥Key points for concrete mix design and tremie pouring control in ultra deep water.The application of key construction technologies has improved the construction efficiency of ultra deep underground continuous walls,ensuring the quality of the walls and the anti-seepage effect of groove joints.
