核应急专业知识体系与课程体系构建问题探究OA

《中国的核应急》白皮书指出,随着核技术应用尤其是核能事业发展新形势新挑战,我国核应急能力建设在技术、人才、设备等方面还存在着一定不足.该文针对核应急专业人才缺口凸显,专业知识体系和课程体系亟待完善这一人才培养瓶颈问题进行探讨.在阐述构建核应急专业知识体系和课程体系必要性的基础上,按照以能力为目标及多学科交叉融合的原则,立足核应急工作特点,探索构建核应急专业知识体系和专业课程模块,为今后核应急专业的开设提供一定的借鉴.

The white paper on China's nuclear emergency preparedness points out that,with the new situation and new challenges in the application of nuclear technology,especially the development of nuclear energy,there is still some shortage of technology,personnel and equipment in China's nuclear emergency response capacity building.This paper discusses the bottleneck problem of the shortage of talents and the urgent need to improve the professional knowledge system and curriculum system.On the basis of characteristics of nuclear emergency work,according to the principle of ability-oriented and multidisciplinary cross-integration,this paper expounds the necessity and explores the construction of nuclear emergency professional knowledge system and professional course modules,in order to provide some reference for the establishment of nuclear emergency in the future.
