高师院校一流特色大育人金课(FCGG)构建与实践

Abstract
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress emphasizes that it will accelerate the construction of a strong education,science and technology,and talent country,insist on nurturing people for the Party and the country,comprehensively improve the quality of independent cultivation of talents,and make efforts to create top-notch innovative talents.The Party has the call,and the school has the action.Cultivating future educator-type teachers with the qualities of newcomers and innovators of the times should be the unswerving and important mission and goal of the Ministry of Normal University in the new era.The construction of the first-class characteristic nurturing gold class is the key link for the implementation of this goal.This paper proposes and elaborates on the conceptual connotation and realization path of the first-class featured great nurturing golden course(FCGG),and takes the creation of courses related to the experimental class for excellent teachers in physics of Shaanxi Normal University as an example to introduce the implementation of building this course model,providing an example for assisting the cultivation of excellent talents in the new era through the design and implementation of the golden course.关键词
