军队院校装备维修保障专业向战施训实践教学体系构建与探索
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the practical requirements of forming a practical teaching system for the equipment maintenance and support major in military academy to meet the requirements of military posts,this paper focuses on the urgent needs of equipment support posts to constructs a hierarchical equipment support personnel training system and the special requirements of the military training program standard,systematically demonstrates the practical teaching content system of equipment support talents.Facing the realistic demand of troops'combat support,it focuses on strengthening and reshaping the practice teaching system strengthening for the actual combat support.Facing the generation of equipment combat support capability,it systematically reconstructs the practical training teaching support system.Focusing on the actual needs of equipment combat support,in terms of building a teacher team who really knows equipment,this paper propose the idea of training specialized support talents for the equipment maintenance and support major of military academies to meet the needs of combat effectiveness support,which provides scientific demonstration guidance for the equipment maintenance and support specialty of military academies to deepen the reform of practical teaching system.关键词
