工业城市保障性租赁住房需求及策略
Demand and strategies for low-cost rental housing in industrial cities:a case from Liuzhou
摘要
Abstract
In order to understand the current demand for affordable rental housing in industrial cities and put forward corresponding development strategies,the industrial city of Liuzhou is taken as an example,and com-bined with the general situation of urban development,through the investigation of the demand for affordable rental by the"new citizens"group mainly industrial workers,the basic characteristics and demand intentions of the"new citizens"housing group in industrial cities are analyzed.It is concluded that the factors affecting the demand for affordable rental housing mainly include basic personal characteristics,policy environmental factors,housing facilities construction,housing supply and high-quality housing demand,etc.Based on this,the devel-opment strategy of affordable rental housing in industrial cities is proposed from the comprehensive consideration of policy management and planning design.In terms of policy management,the policy construction of affordable rental housing shouldbe improved to dynamically adjust the housing access conditions,strengthen the construc-tion and management of supporting measures in the housing market,and implement the gradient differentiated rent model.In planning and design,attention should be paid to optimize the structure and proportion of housing supply and demand,reasonably increase the area of affordable housing,and improve the quality of housing.关键词
