Abstract
Arterial spin labeling(ASL)is a contrast-free MR brain perfusion imaging technique,demonstrating a good correlation with the gold standard of contrast perfusion imaging.As ASL's widespreadly use in major central nervous system diseases,particularly through multi-delay ASL,4D ASL,and super-selective single-vessel marker technology in cerebrovascular diseases and related cognitive disorders,has significantly heightened its application efficiency.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the technical progress of ASL and its applications in cerebrovascular diseases and related cognitive disorders.The objective is to further advance the integration of new ASL technology into clinical practice,offering patients a straightforward and cost-effective imaging examination method,and supporting healthcare professionals in making individualized diagnosis and treatment decisions.关键词
