Progress in applying the concept of'Cancer Neuroscience'to the field of imaging
摘要
Abstract
There is an interaction between the nervous system and cancer,giving rise to the concept and theoretical framework of'Cancer Neuroscience'.Imaging research methods could reflect structural,functional,metabolic,and perfusion aspects,unveiling the radiological mechanisms of their interactions.This review focuses on the pathophysiological and imaging research in the field of‘Cancer Neuroscience',covering central nervous system-cancer interactions,peripheral nervous system-cancer interactions,immune involvement in the systemic effects of‘cancer-neuro'interactions,and the impact of cancer treatment on the nervous system.It proposes an effective imaging research framework for Cancer Neuroscience.关键词
