Application progress of MRI in thyroid tumors
摘要
Abstract
Thyroid tumors are the most common endocrine tumors.Early detection and accurate diagnosis are crucial to the development of clinical treatment plans and the improvement of patients'prognosis.With the development of thyroid-specific MR coils and zoomed imaging with parallel transmission technique,such as diffusion weighted imaging,dynamic enhanced MRI,intravoxel incoherent motion imaging,diffusion kurtosis imaging,and magnetic resonance spectroscopy,etc.,are gradually applied to the differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid tumors,lymph node metastasis assessment,prediction of surrounding tissue invasion,and detection of incidental tumors,providing an important image reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid tumors.This article provides a review of the application progress of various functional MRI techniques in thyroid tumors.关键词
