摘要
Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a lethal chronic progressive fibrotic interstitial pneumonia.Early diagnosis and timely initiation of antifibrotic therapy are key factors in prolonging the survival time of IPF patients.Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is capable of automatically learning features that cannot be recognized by the human eye.The application of AI in computer-aided detection(CAD)systems can provide decision support,which can help improve the diagnostic accuracy and predict disease progression for IPF patients.This paper reviews the concepts related to AI and the current status of its research in diagnosis,disease progression and prognosis prediction,and evaluation of drug therapy response in IPF patients.关键词
