摘要
Abstract
Amide proton transfer(APT)imaging is an imaging technique that can detect the saturation of amide protons to hydrogen proton exchange in free water,and can estimate the malignancy and invasiveness of tumors by detecting protein and peptide levels in cells.A review is presented on the research progress of APT imaging and its combination of T2 mapping,diffusion weighted imaging(DWI),intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM)imaging,mDIXON-Quant sequence,and prostate-specific antigen(PSA)in prostate cancer diagnosis,risk stratification,and bone metastasis prediction.关键词
