Research progress of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in bone marrow lesions of the proximal femur

Abstract
The proximal femur,as one of the essential weight-bearing areas of the skeletal system,plays a vital role in motion and support.Simultaneously,it is rich in red bone marrow and is prone to various bone marrow lesions.Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)can accurately assess blood perfusion in the proximal femur and provide diagnostic,differential diagnosis,prognosis,and outcome assessment of proximal femoral lesions at the microcirculatory level.This capability helps to better understand the pathogenesis and pathophysiological information of the relevant bone marrow lesions.This article reviews the progress of DCE-MRI in proximal femoral and related bone marrow lesions.关键词
