护理高层次"双师型"教师培养目标构建研究
Research on the construction of training objectives for high-level "double-professional" nursing teachers

Abstract
Objective To explore the construction of training objectives for high-level"double-professional"nursing teachers.Methods On the basis of literature review,group discussion and expert interviews,the consultation initially questionnaire on the cultivation objectives of high-level nursing"double-professional"teachers was constructed,22 experts in related fields were selected,and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were carried out.Results The recovery rates of the questionnaire in the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%and 95.5%respectively,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.887 and 0.890 respectively.The Kendall's coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation ranged from 0 to 1(P<0.01),and the second round was greater than the first round.It was finally determined that the hierarchical cultivation objectives of high-level nursing"dual-teacher"teachers included three primary indicators,five secondary indicators and 58 tertiary indicators.Conclusions The consulting experts were highly motivated,and the experts'opinions tend to be consistent with a certain degree of scientificity and reliability.The training objective highlights the stage of the career of high-level teachers and the characteristics of professional job competence,and provides ideas and references for the training of nursing"double-professional"teachers in higher vocational education.关键词
