基于计划行为理论的护生老年照护意愿影响因素模型构建与分析
Model construction and analysis of influencing factors of nursing interns' willingness to take care of the elderly based on the theory of planned behavior

Abstract
Objective Based on the theory of planned behavior and the technology acceptance model,a model of influencing factors on nursing interns'willingness to take care of the elderly was constructed,and the factors affecting nursing interns'willingness to engage in elderly care were explored.Methods 245 nursing interns in a nursing college in Nanjing were investigated by questionnaire and the influencing factors of nursing interns'willingness to engage in elderly care were analyzed by structural equation model.Results The willingness score of nursing students to engage in elderly care behavior was 3.29±0.70,which is above average.The path coefficients of perceived behavioral control and attitude affecting nursing interns'willingness to engage in elderly care behavior were 0.638(P<0.001)and 0.261(P<0.05),respectively.The path coefficients of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affecting attitude were 0.453 and 0.418(P<0.001).Conclusions Perceived behavioral control and attitude were the main factors that positively affect nursing interns'willingness to engage in elderly care.Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use indirectly affect behavioral willingness through positive attitudes.It is suggested that nursing educators and managers of medical and nursing institutions should improve the employment rate of nursing interns in elderly care by strengthening the cultivation of comprehensive abilities in elderly care and optimizing the management policies of the institutions.关键词
