DRG支付对心内科护理质量的影响
Influence of DRG payment on nursing quality in department of cardiology
摘要
Abstract
To explore the application of DRG payment in quality management of nursing in department of cardiology.It was found that under the background of DRG payment,the allocation of nursing human resources in cardiology department was unreasonable and failed to meet the standards of low consumption and high output.Additionally,there were still some problems,such as imperfect supervision indicators and unclear effectiveness of nursing quality.Furthermore,there was insufficient control over nursing costs,failing to achieve the optimal match between human costs and benefits.The next step could be to utilize the three-dimensional nursing quality evaluation model of structural quality,process quality and outcome quality.This will scientifically and reasonably complete the allocation of human resources,establish a clear and explicit evaluation system of nursing indicators,and rely on big data to achieve refined and efficiency improvement of nursing supplies and efficiency.It aims to promote medical staff to better adapt to the reform of medical insurance payment system and meet the nursing needs of patients in department of cardiology.关键词
