基于快速康复理念的临床护理路径在胰十二指肠切除术患者围手术期管理中的应用
Application of clinical care pathway based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in the perioperative management of patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of clinical care pathway based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative management of pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD).Methods The clinical data of 38 patients who underwent PD in the General Surgery Department of Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were collected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 19 cases each.In the perioperative period,the control group implemented routine care,and the intervention group implemented a clinical nursing pathway based on the concept of enhanced recovery.The postoperative recovery,postoperative complications,prognosis,length of hospital stay,and hospital expenses of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative serum albumin level in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The postoperative anal venting time,time to get out of bed,and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that in the control group.In terms of postoperative complications,the overall complication rate,postoperative pancreatic fistula,pulmonary complication rate in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of the ERAS concept to the preoperative management of PD can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the rapid recovery of patients.关键词
