摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of kinetophobia in stroke convalescent patients, and to build a risk nomogram model of kinetophobia. Methods A total of 240 stroke patients treated in the neurology department of affiliated hospital of Xuzhou medical university, from January 2021 to December 2022,were selected to analyse the status of kinesophobia, and the risk prediction model of kinesophobia was constructed by Logistic regression. Results The incidence of kineophobia was 24.17%.Age,gender,education level,ADL score, exercise compliance and anxiety and depression were independent risk factors for stroke patients with kinesophobia(P<0.05).The relationship between gender and EAQ score,HADS score, place of residence and education level, place of residence and HADS score, education level and insurance type were significant at the level of 5%,and the other influencing factors had no cross-relationship and were relatively independent of each other.Logistic regression analysis showed that stroke rehabilitation patients with older age, female, low education level, low ADL score, poor exercise compliance, anxiety and depression were more likely to develop kinesophobia. Conclusions The risk prediction model of stroke patients with kinesophobia established in this study is simple and feasible, and could provide guidance for identifying high-risk patients and timely intervention strategies.关键词
