冠脉血清nidogen-2水平与冠心病相关性研究
Correlation between coronary artery serum nidogen-2 level and coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective This paper aims to investigate the correlation between coronary serum nidogen-2 level and coronary heart disease(CHD)in order to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods Seventy-nine patients with suspected cor-onary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the First Affilia-ted Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 2021 to April 2022 were selected as participants.Patients were as-signed to the coronary heart disease group(n=64)and the non-coronary heart disease group(n=15)according to the re-sults of coronary angiography.Among them,the coronary heart disease group was divided into two categories:① single-vessel group(n=26),double-vessel group(n=18)and three-vessel group(n=20)following the number of coronary arter-ies involved in the lesion;② low-score group(Gensini<45 points,n=21),medium-score group(45 points ≤Gensini ≤80 points,n=21),and high-score group(Gensini>80 points,n=22)following the Gensini score.General data were collect-ed,and coronary serum nidogen-2 levels were measured and compared in each group,and the differences in nidogen-2 levels between different case groups were statistically analyzed.Results The proportion of male sex and smoking history in the CHD group was significantly higher than that in the non-CHD group(P<0.05).Patients in the coronary heart disease group had significantly lower nidogen-2 levels than those in the non-coronary heart disease group(P<0.05).The nidogen-2 level in the high score group was significantly lower than that in the low and medium score groups,and the nidogen-2 level in the medium score group was significantly lower than that in the low score group(P<0.05).The nidogen-2 level was(3.62±0.94)ng/mL in the single-vessel group,(2.97±0.86)ng/mL in the double-vessel group,and(2.33±0.73)ng/mL in the three-vessel group,with statistically significant differences in nidogen-2 levels among the three groups(P<0.05).Pairwise comparisons revealed that patients in the three-vessel group had lower nidogen-2 levels than those in the single-ves-sel and double-vessel groups,and those in the double-vessel group were higher than those in the single-vessel group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that coronary serum nidogen-2 levels were negatively correlated with coronary Gensini score in patients with coronary heart disease(r=-0.44,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the Gensini score was negatively correlated with nidogen-2 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The nidogen-2 may be a protective factor for coronary heart disease and can be used as an indicator to evaluate its severity and a potential therapeutic target,providing a new insight for the treatment of atherosclerotic cardio-vascular disease.关键词
