延续性护理在腹腔镜袖状胃切除术治疗肥胖合并2型糖尿病患者中的应用
Application of continuous nursing in obese patients with type 2 diabetes treated by laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to explore the effect of continuous nursing in obese patients with type 2 diabetes who received laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy treatment to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,80 obese patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the Baoding No.1 Hospital of TCM.They were alloca-ted to the control group and observation group by a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the con-trol group received routine nursing after operation as well as after discharge;patients in the observation group,continuous nursing intervention based on the control group.Body weight,waist circumference,BMI,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)level,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)level,and dietary management scale score of T2DM patients were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after the nursing intervention.The degree of satisfaction with nursing was also compared between the groups at discharge.Results Before intervention,no significant difference was noted in body weight,waist circumference.or BMI between the two groups(P＞0.05).Body weight,waist circumference,and BMI in the two groups showed a significant decrease after intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Before intervention,no significant difference was observed in FBG,HbAlc,and 2hPBG levels between the groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,FBG,HbAlc,and 2hPBG levels in the two groups significantly dropped,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Before intervention,no significant difference was found in the scores of the dietary management scale between the groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of the diet management scale in T2DM patients in the two groups were significantly el-evated,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The overall degree of satisfac-tion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in obese patients with T2DM receiving laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy can not only effectively strengthen the body weight and blood glucose level,potentiate the self-diet management ability,but also raise their degree of satisfaction.These advantages hold promise for a wider application clinically.关键词
