针刺治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的临床研究进展
Clinical research progress of acupuncture in treating apoplectic spastic paralysis
摘要
Abstract
Stroke,also known as cerebral apoplexy,is a neurological disease with an extremely high disability rate.Spasms after stroke remain one of the common complications in patients with stroke rehabilitation,which often manifests as limb movement disorder,sensory system disorder of the affected limb,hypertonia,muscle atrophy,and decreased muscle strength in clinical practice.Therefore,early detection and treatment has become the primary principle of clinical diagnosis and treatment for stroke spastic paralysis.As early as over 2 000 years ago,acupuncture therapy had been widely used.Dif-ferent acupuncture sites,methods,and timing can have an impact on acupuncture efficacy.In this paper,the literature on acupuncture treatment for apoplectic spastic paralysis in recent years is sorted out to explore the pattern,expand ideas,and promote the clinical use of acupuncture treatment for this disease.关键词
