黄河流域水生态文明建设水平的时空格局及空间收敛性
Spatio-temporal Pattern and Spatial Convergence of Water Ecological Civilization Construction Level in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
The construction of water ecological civilization is an important support for ecological protec-tion and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.Based on the data of the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2021,the spatiotemporal range entropy method,kernel density estimation method,exploratory spatial data analysis and spatial panel model were used to empirically investigate spatiotemporal pattern and convergence.The findings are as follows:Firstly,the level of water ecological civilization construction in the Yellow River Basin and the upper,middle and lower reaches has shown a steady improvement trend,but wa-ter conservation,water ecology and water environment are still the main weaknesses.Secondly,the evolution of the ecological civilization construction level of the whole basin including upstream,midstream,and down-stream is different,but the polarization trend is increasingly intensified.Thirdly,the level of water ecological civilization construction in the whole basin presents significant positive spatial spillover effect and spatial pat-tern locking characteristics,with high concentration areas concentrated in downstream cities and low concen-tration areas concentrated in upstream cities.Forthly,there are obvious absolute β convergence and conditional β convergence in the whole basin and in the upper,middle and lower water ecological civilization construction level.The speed of absolute β convergence is the fastest in the middle reaches and the speed of conditional β convergence is the fastest in the upper reaches.Population density,human capital,economic development,industrial structure and urbanization have significant effects on the convergence of water ecological civilization construction level,but there is obvious regional heterogeneity.The above findings provide decision-making reference and empirical evidence for the coordinated promotion of water ecological civilization construction in the Yellow River Basin.关键词
