The Coordination of Economic-Social Interests in the Sustainable Supply Chain of Water Diversion Projects Under Information Sharing Scenarios

Abstract
In order to reconcile the contradiction between the economic benefits and social benefits of wa-ter diversion projects and achieve the maximization of the total utility of the sustainable supply chain,this pa-per adopts a dual-objective perspective of economic benefits and social benefits. Based on the generalization of the water resource supply system of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and relevant assumptions, the utility function of the sustainable supply chain for water diversion projects is established, and four coordination strategies are explored. The study indicates that the economic benefits sharing-cost-sharing contract and the dual economic-social benefits sharing-cost-sharing contract can both achieve coordination, with the latter performing better than the former. This research is beneficial in improving the information sharing level and social service level of the sustainable supply chain for water diversion projects. It also provides new research ideas for water diversion project managers and promotes the digitalization process of the sustainable supply chain for water diversion projects.关键词
