"东数西算"赋能黄河流域生态保护策略研究
Study on the Strategy of"Channel Computing Resources from the East to the West"in Empowering Ecological Protection in the Yellow River Basin
摘要
Abstract
"Channel computing resources from the east to the west"is a new digital infrastructure that transfers computing power resources from the east to the west.It conforms to the development law of digital economy and the coordination law of geographical environment differences,and has historical inevitability and realistic necessity.The implementation of the major project of"channel computing resources from the east to the west"plays an important role in empowering the ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin.It can re-duce soil and water loss,achieve carbon reduction,energy conservation and emission reduction,slow down desertification process,optimize energy consumption structure,and promote the improvement of the ability of digital governance of the Yellow River Basin.With the help of"channel computing resources from the east to the west"and according to the theory of Xi Jinping ecological civilization,we can realize the unity of digital and green development of economic and social development.关键词
