Management Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Hubei Provincial Sports Lottery Public Welfare Fund

Abstract
Text analysis method,interview method and other methods are used to analyze the status quo of the management of provin-cial sports lottery public welfare funds in Hubei province as well as the existing problems.It is found that the development of Hubei provincial sports lottery public welfare funds has made great contributions to social welfare,but in practice,there are problems such as lack of transparency of information on management and use of provincial sports lottery public welfare funds,imperfection of the distri-bution system,imperfection of the performance evaluation mechanism,and insufficient publicity on public welfare.Accordingly,it is proposed that it is urgent to improve information transparency,improve the distribution system,enhance performance management,and strengthen the use of public welfare fund.Accordingly,there is an urgent need to improve the transparency of the information on sports lottery public welfare funds,improve the distribution system,enhance the use of performance management,and strengthen publicity in order to improve the level of management and use of the sports lottery public welfare funds,and to efficiently promote the sustainable development of the sports industry in Hubei province.关键词
