摘要
Abstract
Guanhe River is the ecological barrier of Shangcheng County city.This paper discusses the necessity of ecological management of Guanhe River from its location,function and position in city.The construction of the Guanhe River Regulation project in Shangcheng County is very necessary.The construction conditions of the project are favorable.The project is technically feasible and economically reasonable.There are no adverse environmental impacts that would restrict the implementation of the project.It is suggested that the project be implemented as soon as possible.关键词
