Abstract
The article takes the Baihe cascade rubber dam group as the research object,constructs an evaluation system according to the relevant technical indicators of the Ministry of Water Resources,and evaluates the role of rubber dam engineering in the construction of the Happy River and Lake using a combination of multi perspective evaluation,Pearson correlation analysis,regression analysis,and other research methods.The results show that the rubber dam project plays a positive role in the overall construction of the Happy River and Lake,with the most significant roles in sustainable water safety,high-quality water resources,and scientific water management.At the same time,due to the outflow of sewage from the urban pipeline network during the flood season and the direct discharge of inland rivers,the water environment quality between the Baihe Wenliang River inlet and Siba is poor The task of water environment management in this section is arduous and the situation is complex.It is recommended that multiple departments such as water conservancy and urban construction work together to plan and systematically manage it.关键词
