Abstract
According to the current situation and actual situation of land use in the area of soil and water conservation,the protection and utilization of topsoil resources in an industrial park is in the planning scope.According to the present situation of topsoil resources and soil erosion modulus in industrial park,through reasonable analysis of site selection feasibility,layout of temporary dump site,and design capacity,proposals for topsoil backfill utilization,preservation,and protection measures are presented.The topsoil stripping and returning in an industrial park can effectively preserve topsoil,improve the survival rate of plants,and have good soil and water conservation function,which meets the requirements of soil and water conservation.关键词
