产教融合视角下高职测绘类专业人才培养方案的构建
Construction of Talent Training Program for Surveying and Mapping Major in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Education

Abstract
With the transformation and upgrading of the surveying and mapping geographic information industry,in order to conform to the development trend of the surveying and mapping industry chain,the industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation are the only way to develop the connotation of vocational education.On the basis of studying the impact of highly skilled talents on the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in Henan Province,the grouping logic of the surveying and mapping geographic information professional group and the construction ideas of the professional group are discussed through case analysis in this paper.Through the adjustment and construction of the professional group,the effective connection of education chain,talent chain and industrial chain are promoted.The primary task of professional group construction is to make structural adjustment to professional group talent training program.According to the needs of the industry and enterprises,the construction principles of the talent training program of the surveying and mapping professional groups in higher vocational colleges are determined.The talent training program is systematically optimized.Based on the actual needs of enterprise positions and the future development of students'careers,a modular curriculum system integrating school and enterprise is constructed from three aspects of cultivating students'quality,cultivating knowledge and cultivating technical skills.The implementation of the Chinese characteristics of the apprenticeship personnel training program of double subjects,three rounds of posts,and five kinds of teaching has always been exploring.关键词
