Abstract
In recent years,the process of urbanization continues to accelerate.When encountering short-term heavy rainfall,thunderstorm,gale or other complex weather,the accumulated water on the road cannot flow by gravity,Waterlogging will be formed in low-lying areas such as culverts and tunnels.In addition,due to the inadequate management and maintenance of urban water conservancy facilities,it is unable to play its due function,resulting in serious waterlogging in some cities.It poses a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.In view of the above problems,taking the maintenance project of rainwater pump station in Nanjing Chi-Lin Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone as an example,the effect evaluation of market management and maintenance of urban water conservancy facilities is analyzed in this paper.The research shows that the urban water conservancy facilities by professional maintenance units,the integrity rate of equipment has been increased from 45% to 95%.The defect elimination of equipment has reached 100%.Water conservancy facilities can bring the project benefits into full play.关键词
