Abstract
Since the beginning of 14th Five-Year Plan,the late support work for reservoir migrants in Henan Province has shifted from improving public infrastructure in reservoirs and resettlement areas to helping immigrants out of poverty,and to developing high-quality migrant industries and enhancing their sustainable development capacity.A number of industrial projects with regional characteristics and strong radiation driving effect have developed rapidly.The effect of industry support in promoting the income of immigrants has been initially shown.In order to comprehensively understand the implementation effectiveness of the immigrant industry support projects and the benefits of the immigrant masses,the implementation status and existing problems of the industrial support projects through field investigation,data collection,on-site interviews and other ways are studied and analyzed in this paper.Countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the key contents of support,industrial development mechanism,policy and system research are put forward.It provides an effective reference for further standardizing the implementation and management of the immigration industry and improving the quality and efficiency of the development of the immigration industry.关键词
