从"阴阳平衡"理论探讨慢性胃炎"炎癌转化"机制
"Inflammation Cancer Transformation"of Chronic Gastritis from Perspective of"Yin and Yang Balance"
摘要
Abstract
"Inflammation cancer transformation"development is the process from chronic gastritis into gastric cancer.During this process,multiple sets of opposing balance relationships are disrupted,including oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes,pro-inflamma-tory and anti-inflammatory factors,and the promotion and inhibition of the immune system,which are closely related to the imbalance of Yin and Yang in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment of chronic gastritis with the transformation of inflammation and cancer should be based on the principle of"Yin and Yang"and the method of"differentiation of Yin and Yang".Distinguish the attributes of Yin and Yang first:either focusing on the obstruction of Yin and Yang movement,or focusing on the imbalance between Yin and Yang,grasping the main contradiction,and clarifying the main direction of treatment;Then,consider the scope of Yin and Yang disharmony:limited to the Zhong Jiao or affecting the entire body,clarifying the severity of the condition;Finally,distinguish the rise and fall of Yin and Yang and their connotations:excess Heat,Yin deficiency and blood deficiency belong to Yang,while Phlegm and Dampness,blood stasis,Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency belong to Yin.For those who suffer from obstacles in the movement of Yin and Yang,regulate the sympathetic movement of Yin and Yang;For those who focus on the rise and fall of Yin and Yang,clarify the connotation of Yin and Yang and treat by damage the surplus and making up for the deficiency.关键词
