"风药开玄"理论在糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中的应用
Application of"Feng Yao Kai Xuan"in Diabetes Retinopathy
摘要
Abstract
The basic pathogenesis of diabetes retinopathy is of Xuanfu's(sweat pore's)dysfunction in opening and closing as well as the stagnation and blood stasis.The endogenous blood stasis and Toxin is the key to the progress of the disease.The theory of"Feng Yao(Wind dispelling medicine)"originated from Xuan Qi(Huang Di Nei Jing)and inherited by Zhang Yuansu(Founder of Yishui School in TCM),and"Feng Yao"has been used by medical practitioners throughout history to open the Xuanfu(sweat pore).The characteristics of the Wind dispelling medicines are"rising""dispersing""manic""moving""penetrating"and"scurrying",which play an important role in modern Chinese medicine clinical practice and also broaden the vision for the treatment of diabetes retinopa-thy.The application of"Feng Yao Kai Xuan"in treatment of diabetes retinopathy includes tonifying deficiency,regulating Qi,removing Phlegm and promoting blood circulation so as to open the sweat pores of patients.Further inheriting and developing the theory of Xuanfu and exploring the pattern and treatment of Wind dispelling medicine is of great benefit to the prevention and treatment of clinical disea-ses.关键词
